Mike Rivers has spent his professional career leading healthcare operations across private equity, for profit, non-profit and government environments. He has extensive expertise leading interdisciplinary teams in settings including hospitals, medical groups, physician practices and the US Army Medical Department. Mike is a collaborative, relationship-based leader who bridges patient, clinical and business interests to improve care delivery systems, patient access and team performance while driving sustained business success.

Mike holds both a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Washington in Seattle

Mike is a U.S. Army combat veteran and retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Medical Service Corps

Jennifer Niehaus-Rivers is the founder and principal attorney at the Law Office of Jennifer Niehaus Rivers, PLLC, with practice concentrations in family law, guardianship, collaborative law and legal eduction.
